Dua for Dead people: Remember dead people, parents and believers in your prayers, duas , supplications always and frequently

 Whenever you mention the dead, always make a little prayer for them i.e.

My father, رحمه الله

My father may Allāh have mercy upon him

My father, may Allāh grant him Paradise

Be the supplication in Arabic, English or your native language, but please get into a habit of doing so and teaching your family and friends. We are all in need of supplications especially once we have departed from this world.

اللَّهُمَّ اغفِر لِلْمُسْلِمِين والْمُسْلِمَاتِ وَالمُؤمِنِينَ وَالمُؤمِنَاتِ، الأَحيَاءِ مِنهُم وَالأَموَاتِ

O’ Allāh, forgive the male and female Muslims, and the male and female believers, the living and the deceased.
