Beneficial Knowledge

" Repeat your need, wish, prayer and Dua three times, this is sunnah of prophet Muhammad ( Peace be upon him) "

 

 Surah AI-Baqarah  وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الْأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنْبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَٰؤُلَاءِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ (2:31) اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے آدم کو تمام نام سکھا کر ان چیزوں کو فرشتوں کے سامنے پیش کیا اور فرمایا، اگر تم سچے ہو تو ان چیزوں کے نام بتاؤ (2:31)  And He taught Adam all the names (of everything), then He showed them to the angels and said, "Tell Me the names of these if you are truthful." (2:31)  قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ (2:32) ان سب نے کہا اے اللہ! تیری ذات پاک ہے ہمیں تو صرف اتنا ہی علم ہے جتنا تونے ہمیں سکھا رکھا ہے، پورے علم وحکمت واﻻ تو تو ہی ہے (2:32)  They (angels) said: "Glory be to You, we have no knowledge except what you have taught us. Verily, it is You, the All-Knower, the All-Wise." (2:32)  قَالَ يَا آدَمُ أَنْبِئْهُمْ بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ ۖ فَلَمَّا أَنْبَأَهُمْ بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُلْ لَكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَ

 Al-Imām ibn al-Qayyim [may Allāh have mercy on him] said: “There is nothing more beneficial to the heart than reciting the Qur’ān, with contemplation and reflection. The Qur’ān bequeathes love, aspiration, fear, hope, repentance, reliance, pleasure, contentment, authority, gratitude, patience, and the all other [necessary] conditions that are life [i.e.vital] to the heart and perfection of it. Likewise, it repels all reprehensible characteristics and actions which cause corruption and destroy the heart.” Miftāh Dār is-Sa’ādah, 1/187 | Al-Imām ibn al-Qayyim [may Allāh have mercy on him]

 Al-Imām ash-Shāfi’ee [may Allāh bestow mercy upon him] said: “Whomsoever gossips to you, will gossip about you!” Siyar A’lām an-Nubalā’a, 10/99 | Al-Imām adh-Dhahabi [may Allāh bestow mercy upon him]

 

 رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ Our Lord! Grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter, and save us from the chastisement of the fire [2:201]
