The Delhi Police Crime Branch has arrested a serial killer from the RK Puram area. This serial killer, along with his gang members, would murder cab drivers, dispose of their bodies in a gorge, and then sell the cabs in Nepal.
The arrested serial killer's name is Ajay Lamba. The police are now on the lookout for three other members of the gang. So far, four cab driver murders have been uncovered. The police suspect that this serial killer and his gang may have been responsible for dozens of missing cab drivers' murders.
The serial killer and his three accomplices would book cabs on rent and take them to the hills of Uttarakhand. Once there, they would first render the driver unconscious, then strangle him to death and throw the body into a deep gorge. After the murder, the four serial killers would sell the cab in Nepal.
So far, one cab driver's body has been recovered, while the search for three other cab drivers' bodies is ongoing. The gang would target cab drivers in Almora, Haldwani, and Udham Singh Nagar, disposing of their bodies in the hills.
