Surah Al-Araf

 إِنَّ وَلِيِّيَ اللَّهُ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ الْكِتَابَ ۖ وَهُوَ يَتَوَلَّى الصَّالِحِينَ  (7:196)

یقیناً میرا مددگار اللہ تعالیٰ ہے جس نے یہ کتاب نازل فرمائی اور وه نیک بندوں کی مدد کرتا ہے  (7:196)

 Verily, my Wali (Protector, Supporter, and Helper, etc.) is Allah Who has revealed the Book (the Quran), and He protects (supports and helps) the righteous.  (7:196)

 وَالَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِهِ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ نَصْرَكُمْ وَلَا أَنْفُسَهُمْ يَنْصُرُونَ  (7:197)

اور تم جن لوگوں کی اللہ کو چھوڑ کر عبادت کرتے ہو وه تمہاری کچھ مدد نہیں کرسکتے اور نہ وه اپنی مدد کرسکتے ہیں  (7:197)

 And those whom you call upon besides Him (Allah) cannot help you nor can they help themselves.  (7:197)

 وَإِنْ تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى الْهُدَىٰ لَا يَسْمَعُوا ۖ وَتَرَاهُمْ يَنْظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ  (7:198)

اور ان کو اگر کوئی بات بتلانے کو پکارو تو اس کو نہ سنیں اور ان کو آپ دیکھتے ہیں کہ گویا وه آپ کو دیکھ رہے ہیں اور وه کچھ بھی نہیں دیکھتے  (7:198)

 And if you call them to guidance, they hear not and you will see them looking at you, yet they see not.  (7:198)

 خُذِ الْعَفْوَ وَأْمُرْ بِالْعُرْفِ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ الْجَاهِلِينَ  (7:199)

آپ درگزر کو اختیار کریں نیک کام کی تعلیم دیں اور جاہلوں سے ایک کناره ہو جائیں  (7:199)

 Show forgiveness, enjoin what is good, and turn away from the foolish (i.e. don't punish them).  (7:199)

 وَإِمَّا يَنْزَغَنَّكَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ نَزْغٌ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ  (7:200)

اور اگر آپ کو کوئی وسوسہ شیطان کی طرف سے آنے لگے تو اللہ کی پناه مانگ لیا کیجئے بلاشبہ وه خوب سننے واﻻ خوب جاننے واﻻ ہے  (7:200)

 And if an evil whisper comes to you from Shaitan (Satan) then seek refuge with Allah. Verily, He is All-Hearer, All-Knower.  (7:200)

 إِنَّ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا إِذَا مَسَّهُمْ طَائِفٌ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ تَذَكَّرُوا فَإِذَا هُمْ مُبْصِرُونَ  (7:201)

یقیناً جو لوگ خدا ترس ہیں جب ان کو کوئی خطره شیطان کی طرف سے آجاتا ہے تو وه یاد میں لگ جاتے ہیں، سو یکایک ان کی آنکھیں کھل جاتی ہیں  (7:201)

 Verily, those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V. 2:2), when an evil thought comes to them from Shaitan (Satan), they remember (Allah), and (indeed) they then see (aright).  (7:201)
