Status on Eid: Eid is only one day

Shaykh al-Albāni [may Allāh bestow mercy upon him] said: *“The Day of al-Fitr is [the Day of] ‘Eed. As for the second and third day, they are not part of ‘Eed at all. ‘Eed al-Fitr is only one day. ‘Eed al-Adhā is four days. The Day of an-Nahr and the three days of _Tashreeq_.”*
