Shaykh Sālih al-‘Usaymi, [may Allāh preserve him], said: “If you should encounter someone who wrongfully interprets wisdom as fear, forbearance as weakness, patience as humiliation, amicability as hypocrisy, ascertainment as impetuousness and equity as humiliation, avoid him; for he is a fool!”
