Ramadan Status: Fast for sixty days:Reward of fasting sixty days

 Al-Imām ibn al-Jawzi [may Allāh have mercy on him] said: 

“Whomsoever opens the fast of a fasting person, for him will be the reward equivalent to the one who is fasting. Therefore, strive to fast [the blessed month of] Ramadān [a minimum of] sixty days.”
