Don't ignore and neglect urge to urinate, defecate ,  urgent need to go to washroom, toilet for prayers, Salah, jamaah, religious duties,congregational Salah, worship, Ibadah... supression of urge leads to lack of focus, humility, concentration, humbleness, interest, attention...it will lead to distraction and disturbance.
