Hadith
حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا أَوَى إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ قَالَ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا ". وَإِذَا قَامَ قَالَ " الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ "."
Narrated Hudhaifa:
When the Prophet (ﷺ) went to bed, he would say: "Bismika amutu wa ahya." and when he got up he would say:" Al-hamdu li l-lahil-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilaihin-nushur."

Dua before sleeping and after waking up
Before sleeping we should read this Dua and after waking up read above mentioned Dua regularly.
We should remember Allah frequently and thanks Him frequently
Greatest deed after obligatory duties is Remembrance of Allah(Dhikr of Allah)
Sleep is like death and a person life gets extended ,if he wakes up.Hence, he should thank Allah through above mentioned Dua.
When we thank Allah for Blessings then Allah increases blessings....increase and barakah in income, salary, belongings, children, wealth, flat, plot, house, health, prosperity, strength, energy, food, utensils, material, resources, skills, abilities, talents, capacity, rewards, Favours,
