Sins kills the heart...dont obey Nafs

'Abdullaah ibn al-Mubarak (رحمه الله) said,‬

‪"I have seen that sins kill the hearts.‬

‪And indeed humiliation is inherited by their continuity.‬

‪And abandoning sins gives life to the hearts.‬

‪And it is better for your soul that you disobey it (when it calls you to sins)"‬

Repentance of one who committed Oral Sex

Praise be to Allaah. There is no doubt that what you have done is a kind of zinaa (unlawful sexual activity), although it is not the worst kind, so you must repent sincerely to Allaah, give up this sin, regret what has happened and be determined never to go back to it.
