Who will receive punishment of Allah?

Prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him) said:

Allah will not punish people for their sins except one who is disobedient, defiant, raising rebellion against Allah and refusing to believe that there is none worthy of worship except Allah. (Ibn Majah)
