How to know whether menses( period, menstrual cycle) is over?

A woman may know that her menses has ended by one of two signs: 1 – dryness, which is when the bleeding and yellowish and brownish discharges stop. This may be determined by inserting a piece of cotton and the like, and it comes out clean with no trace of what we have mentioned above. 2 – the white discharge, which is a liquid like plaster. Many women do not see this white discharge. If there is dryness, that is sufficient to deem the menses over, and there is no need to wait for the white discharge. Al-Baaji said in  al-Muntaqa Sharh al-Muwatta’  (1/119): What is usually the case is that the end of menses may be verified in two ways: [The first is] the white discharge. ‘Ali ibn Ziyaad narrated from Maalik that it resembles semen. Ibn al-Qaasim narrated from Maalik that is resembles urine. The second thing is dryness. That is when a woman inserts cotton or cloth into her vagina, and it comes out dry with no trace of blood on it. Women vary in that regard. Some of them usually see the w

What is Supreme, Highest and Greatest Achievement?

Praise be to Allah. Supreme, Highest and Greatest Achievement and Reward: Pleasure of Allah The greatest goal a believer  is seeking the pleasure of the Lord of the Worlds. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):  “Allah has promised the believing men and believing women gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally, and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence; but approval from Allah is greater. It is that which is the great attainment” [at-Tawbah 9:72] . It was narrated by al-Bukhaari in his  Saheeh  (6549) and by Muslim in his  Saheeh  (2829) that Abu Sa‘eed al-Khudri said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah, may He be blessed and exalted, will say to the people of Paradise: ‘O people of Paradise!’ They will say: ‘Here we are at Your service, our Lord.’ He will say: ‘Are you pleased?’ They will say: ‘How could we not be pleased, O Lord, when You have given us that which You have not given to anyone else a

Allah is Ar Razzaq,The Bestower of Sustenance and Rizq, The Provider and The Sustainer

The words of Allah, may He be exalted (interpretation of the meaning): “And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength” [adh-Dhaariyaat 51:56-58] . Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “And there is no creature on earth but that [incumbent] upon Allah is its provision, and He knows its place of dwelling and place of storage. All is in a clear register” [Hood 11:6] . At-Tabari (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “ but that [incumbent] upon Allah is its provision ” that is, its provision that reaches it comes from Allah, and He guarantees it. That refers to its food, provision and what it needs to survive. End quote from  Tafseer at-Tabari  (12/324). Just as Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, has guaranteed to provide for all creatures, He has also guaranteed to provide for all people. Alla

Key to Success: Remembrance of Allah( Dhikr , Zikr of Allah)

There are numerous benefits of Remembrance of Allah. If we will remember Allah , then Allah will remember us.. Allah, the Exalted, says: “ And the remembering (praising) of (you by) Allah (in front of the angels) is greater indeed [than your remembering (praising) of Allah in prayers] ” (29:45) “ Therefore remember Me (by praying, glorifying). I will remember you .” (2:152) Don't be neglectful, forget and ignore: Remembrance of Allah “ And remember your Rubb by your tongue and within yourself, humbly and with fear and without loudness in words, in the mornings and in the afternoons, and be not of those who are neglectful. ” (7:205) Key to success: Remembrance of Allah “ And remember Allah much, that you may be successful .” (62:10) Remember Allah frequently in hearts and with tongues Rewards of remembrance of Allah is forgiveness and Jannah “ Verily, the Muslims (those who submit to Allah in Islam) men and women… (up to)… And the men and the women who remember Allah much with their

Can we make Dua in mother tongue?

Can I supplicate in mother tongue? Criteria for Dua, invocation and supplication Preference for Dua and permissible Dua  There is much good in the supplications that are narrated in reports( Dua mentioned in Quran and Hadith), but a person may need to offer supplication for himself or for a loved one for some of the good things of this world and the hereafter, or he may need to ask Allah to ward off some harm or evil from him.  This kind of supplication is broad in scope, and he does not have to limit himself to what is narrated in reports. Requirements for Dua: Language of Dua is not important, Dua in Arabic is preferred:  Focus and presence of mind, and sincerity in turning to Allah, may He be exalted, no matter what language one is speaking. Allah, may He be exalted, hears all voices and understands all languages, and not even an atom is hidden from Him on earth or in the heavens. Avoid rhyming Dua: It is also undesirable to try too hard to make one’s supplication rhyme, but if that

Music, Singing and dancing are Haraam and prohibited in Islam

It was reported from Abu Umaamah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Do not sell singing slave women, do not buy them and do not teach them. There is nothing good in this trade, and their price is haraam. Concerning such things as this the aayah was revealed (interpretation of the meaning): ‘And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e. music, singing) to mislead (men) from the path of Allaah…’ [Luqmaan 31:6].” (Hasan hadeeth)  The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:  “Among my ummah there will certainly be people who permit zinaa, silk, alcohol and musical instruments…” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari ta’leeqan, no. 5590; narrated as mawsool by al-Tabaraani and al-Bayhaqi. See al-Silsilah al-Saheehah by al-Albaani, 91). This hadeeth indicates in two ways that musical instruments and enjoyment of listening to music are haraam. The first is the fact that the Prophet (peace and b

Trading: Binary options is gambling

Binary options is Haraam, unlawful and forbidden Praise be to Allah. 1. The ruling on trading in binary options It is not permissible to trade in binary options, because the thing that is the subject of the contract is not property or a benefit, and it is not wealth that it is possible to replace with something else – which is a condition of a transaction being valid. Rather the subject of the contract is the mere right to buy or sell at a set price. So what is being sold is the option itself, and this is something that it is not permissible to buy or sell. Moreover, this contract involves ambiguity and gambling. 2. Offering expertise and advice in the place where binary options are offered for sale You want to offer your expertise and advice in the place where binary options are offered for sale, in return for payment. This is haraam, because it is helping in selling something that is haraam. Allah (may He be exalted) says (interpretation of the meaning): “And cooperate in righteous

Is it permissible to give bribe for getting a job or contract?

Corruption and Bribery in admission, employment , tender, contract and academic evaluation process   Praise be to Allah. There is no doubt that paying a bribe in order to get a job is haraam both for the one who pays the bribe and the one who accepts it, and for the one who mediates between them. When bribery is permitted:  No exception is made except in cases where the bribe is paid to remove injustice or to attain rights which can only be attained through bribery. In that case it is permissible for the one who gives it but it is haraam for the one who takes it.  (Inspire of fulfilling all criteria, conditions and requirements, if the candidate or applicant is denied his rights, then in this case bribery is permitted. But it is not permissible for one who takes it)   If job is based on a test and capabilities of applicants, bribery is haraam in this case, because you were no better than anyone else and you have no particular right which you had to pay a bribe to attain.  There is a warn
